If you are interested in receiving priority support from staff members, you can upgrade to one of the paid hosting plans. If not, the free hosting ticket system is still very high-quality. Otherwise, there are people volunteering on the forums almost around the clock answering as many questions as they can, so I can only conclude that your post as no evidence backing it.
