suspended 5 min cron

hey i just gt suspended for using 5 min cron can u remove it so i can use my site agian plz thanx!

if I remember these kinds of suspensions are self-un-suspensions for the first two times.
and you are already un-suspended

sorry I misread the problem.
If you go into cPanel and on the bottom they have cron job you can delete it from there
