Good morning!

Over the holidays I was not able to logon to the forums, and my account therefore got suspended for inactivity. I can't find a way to unsuspend it, so my guess is it's removed permanently. I would like to know if there is a way to get it back. My site is nefusa.x10hosting.com. Can you please help me with this?

Thanks in advance :happysad:

kaykim,

click on the Account Panel tab at the top of the page, log into your account, then on the right hand side of the page you will see about 1/2 way down a link called View Suspension Reports, click on that and you wil be given the option to unsuspend your account.

Hope this helps!

If and only if you are suspended for inactivity or 1st and 2nd high Resource usage

You don't seem to have an account linked. If you been away for more than 41 days, then it's probably already terminated.

What was your cPanel username?

I've noticed I can't logon to cPanel (username: kaykim) but I'm very sure I still used the account in december, so can't have been inactive for more than 41 days...
