Suspended account

Hi,

my free account has been suspended with reason "file hosting". Could you please tell me what should I do for it to be unsuspended?

Eventually the account could have been used to exchange some (big) files, but this is not by far its purpose.

The suspension was placed manually, which means someone in staff found a reason to suspend you for file hosting. I will see if I can find out who placed the suspension.

In the meanwhile, what is processmaker?

File hosting is prohibited in the TOS, and also part of the zero tolerance policy.

processmaker is a free BPM (business process management) solution, its purpose is to manage work flows (www.processmaker.com).

As I told you, the account is not being used to host files, I would be very grateful if you can find out the exact reason for suspension. Apart from that, as I recognised, the account has been used very eventually to exchange big files (but files for network configuration, not any other illegal content). If this is the problem, as soon as I can get to cpanel, I will disable the ftp user we created for that.
