Suspended for high system resource usage

Dear Sir,

I have been suspended for high system resource usage. I don't know how this is happens. Please guide me to stop these kind of suspension. I just installed one word press plug-in for generating sitemap.

May be is the issues with script please un-suspended me to deleting that plug-in.

You should be able to unsuspend yourself from the account panel. Click 'Account Panel' at the top, and use your FORUMS username and password to log in.

Since he's on third warning, he can't unsuspend himself. moving it to ticket area.
