Suspended for inactivity but logged in 4 days ago?

Sometimes, the forum registers that you logged in, but the back-end system doesn't recognize it automatically. When you login, review the Announcement thread, as it will display important new information and will enable you to stay long enough for the system to pick up your visit.
In the meantime, you can unsuspend yourself through the account panel.

By the look of the suspension report you were actually suspended the day before you say you last visited here (unless timezone differs very much).
In either case it is possible your account were placed in suspension queue by the script before you visited the forum, in which case the visit would not have been able to stop the suspension from being executed.

I’m really not sure about this, but I think that every day you log in to the forums you get some "experience" points which are recorder in your activity tab (in your user profile).
If you log in several times during the same day you don’t get more points unless you do something like posting, give reputation, or click on a thanks button.
I also noticed that these experience points accumulate if you don’t login for a few days, and you get them all at once in you next successful login to the forums.
So why do I bring this up?

Notice that between 10-21-2009 and 11-05-2009 you have 15 days of inactivity, and that would explain your automatic suspension, as pointed out by LadyAnna.
