Suspended for inactivity....

My account was suspended for inactivity, I finally managed to reactivate it. Unfortunately I see this message:

• Suspended and removed for a Terms violation; or

The good news it that you may sign up again now.


When I want to create my new account I the following message appears:


Sorry, we're not able to accept your registration.
We are not currently accepting new users from your country (RO).
Please try again another time. You may contact us or visit our community forums with any questions on our current policy.

I did no wrongdoing on these servers, please help me, I really need an account on your servers. Thank you
