Hello, unfortunately uploading nulled software to your account is in breach of the terms of service. Due to the nature of this breach access to your account cannot be restored. No files are recoverable due to the suspension.

Essentially yes. You broke the TOS, x10 suspended the account, and under the Zero-Tolerance policy x10 is not required or obligated to return access to the account.
