suspended for resource usage

My account was suspended this morning for resource usage. i would like to know what process / script caused this so I can disable it. The other option is that I am willing to upgrade my service to make sure this doesn't happen again.

it hosts two wordpress blogs -

and

defendeducation.org

If it is better for me to upgrade service, I can to avoid further suspensions. If it is just a matter of a specific plugin/script, I can disable that as well. Please let me know ASAP before this happens again.

At the moment your hosting account is not suspended.

Now a way days the wordpress plugins causing the high resource usage.

In your site nslreview.net, There is a contact form loading when the site loads check it. Whether it is taking or not.

Try to disable one by one. You can check.

Regarding suspensions.

1st and 2nd suspensions you can unsuspend yourself through account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

But for 3rd, The staff has to do it for you.

Is there any way to check and make sure I know what it is? I have disabled a number of plugins that seemed to overlap, and disabled the plugin that you suggested. It would at least be great to know which site caused the problem. Thanks ahead of time.
