ZT means zero tolerance which also means no second chances. Your account is permanently suspended. Any and all access to your account is completely revoked.

So theres no possible way to get rid of the suspension, even not by upgrading to prime, i can't even access to the control panel anymore?

Under a suspension all access points to the account and its files are blocked.
