Suspended, Reason: Phishing?

My account was suspended and the reason given was Phishing which I never did.
I never even gave my site link to anybody, the link was opened only by me. I'm not gonna phish myself. I added some folders with some script for testing purpose and that too weren't malicious. Just check the IP address of logs accessing the site and you'll find that they were mine. Hope to get a positive response from your side

Hello, being suspended for phishing is quite serious, if you're adamant your site contains no phishing files what so ever, i will review the account and remove the suspension if nothing is found. But if something is found your site will be suspended permanently. Whether the phishing files have only been accessed by you or not does not matter.

Hello, unfortunately after checking your account, i found a little tool called "Stupid Stealer Logs" This can log peoples data and steal it. Unfortunately your account is going to have to remain suspended.

Yeah, they are there. I'm trying to make a tool for people so that they can make an online backup of their important data like Login with password, bookmarks and several other features to choose from with a login portal. So I'm taking the bits from everywhere I can to make the tool best. The tool will upload the selected data to my site which can be accessed by only that very user using his login and password. There are two other folder with similar function scripts. The script isnt malicious, the tool which came with it is but that isnt uploaded or used anywhere by me. I stated my purpose of uploading that scripts which I though isnt harmful to anyone in anyway. Hope you can understand my motive of uploading them and remove my suspension

And I'll be editing this particular post after sometime, so that my idea(of that tool) doesn't get stealed.

Don't worry, I doubt it ever will... Don't take it personally, but I'd never want one site hosted on a free hosting account to have all of my passwords stored...

I completely agree with you Sharky, no one will ever like to have all of his passwords or any important data to be on a free hosted site. But do I need to purchase hosting for making a tool which is in very initial & testing stage? When its done completely, including the design and many other things including the security of scripts, I'll switch to paid one. Even before releasing a beta version, I'll be on a paid host with SSL, so that my users are completely secure. I have many plans for this tool.

Anyway, What do you think about the idea. Hows it?

I'd still be dubious about storing passwords anywhere. The closest I have is truecrypt for sites/services which don't allow memorable passwords (the 'you must use 10 numbers, 10 letters, and 5 symbols' ones... you know the sort). For everything else, I have a memory. I did recently set it so that x10Hosting forums remember my login, though.

I again agree with you. I thought many people might be interested in such a tool bcoz many people have a lot of sites with different username and password on every other site they are on and its not only about passwords, they will have many other features like bookmark storing etc. So I thought I can make that task for people easier. But very first opinion about my tool from a very respected and friendly member, Sharky, was not positive so I'm a little discouraged.

Anyway, back to the topic, can I have my suspension removed plz.
