I am the one responsible for your account suspension.

I commented on the thread where I found your website posted and gave justification for the suspension.

You were providing links to places where people could download pirated and cracked versions of games and software for free. This not only breaches our terms of service, but also breaks international copyright laws.

It does not matter if the files are hosted on your website or not, you were still linking to the URLs. That is called Aiding in the Illegal Distribution of Copyrighted Material, and is also breaching international copyright laws.

Your account will not be unsuspended because two individuals, including myself and an account manager, were able to identify and verify that these links were present. Your account will be terminated in ten days.

Always be sure to read the terms of service before agreeing to them. You agreed to x10Hosting's Terms of Service during the sign-up process, and it included a large section about improper server usage that you should have reviewed.

what about my work..
i have worked hard for bulding the web site...
i thought uploading the copyrigted content in the 500mb u gave as illegal usage....


i have read the rules well and i thought it is not illegal so done it......

i want the back up of my joomla site ... how can i get,,, it ..

you should always keep a local backup. Unless someone with power wants to be generous and allow you to retrieve your stuff, your out of luck.

this is from the TOS you agreed to, I've bolded the part that is important in your suspension.

Warez: Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc... This also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
