why was my account suspended and how can I resolve it?

Hello, you have a script on your account that although password protected, if you know the directory name you can create accounts at will with a username and password and use your hosting account to in theory create mini hosting accounts. This is using your hosting account as a shared hosting account and is not allowed on x10hosting. Breaching the terms of service results in a suspension.

Okay. Can I remove the script and get my account reinstated?

Hello, we cannot re-instate the account due to the breach of our terms of service and the files can not be recovered due to the suspension. Sorry.

Hi, nothing malicious was intended. it was an assignment for school and it never occurred to me that it would violate the terms of service. Isn't there any way to recover the account?
