Suspended

Hello,

My account is suspended. I did not know that a website must be in english or spanish. I will do something about but I can do nothing because of the suspention. Is it possible to unsuspend my account so I can fix the problem?

If you are willing to provide 1:1 translation to english. Then staff will unsuspend your site. Google Translate link won't work. This is our zero tolerance policy.

I will make a 1:1 translation in english, but for that I must have access to my account. Is it possible to unsuspend for a period of time so I get the change tot translate?

I have unsuspended your account. Please sort translation as soon as possible.

If your account is found to not have a translation available in English, Spanish or French on next review it will be suspended again.

Note that automated on the fly translation services such as, but not limited to, Google translate will not be allowed after December 1st. Also note that after December 1st this will be part of our zero tolerance policy and accounts with an unsupported language and that fail to provide a translation will be permanently suspended.
