My account are suspended because of those ebooks on it but they was not hosting on it and i can't see it's against the rules so plz unsuspend my website or just let me get my stuff on it.

i have found these around the net and there was nothing about copyright they did not say anything about it and i have even asked some people that made some of these if it was ok with them and those i asked and why do you go after people like me why not just take all those guys that have botnets on your servers?

Warez: Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc... This also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

Specifically, the Hacking part. Whether or not they're allowed to be redistributed by you doesn't change that they're violating that section by providing links to and how to information about such material.
