i've been suspended for inactivity, yet i logged in on the 22nd. I was also previously suspended for high system usage. I've never had this issue before so I don't know why i was suspended for it..i'd appreciate it if someone can explain that to me?

High server resource usage suspensions are caused by high CPU or memory use by your account.

but i havent added anything to my site for months...so why is it all the sudden i get that ??

During the maintenance the script that check, and suspends, for high resource usage was temporarily disabled.

Took a look at the logs, you're not over by much except a few occasions. Nothing that is very conclusive though in saying exactly what script, or part of a script, that is the cause.
