Suspended?

Why did I get suspended, all I was doing was uploading pictures to my website.

Also, sorry for making this extra post but, has anyone else on Chopin being getting extremely slow loading, even cPanel takes about 5 minutes to load one page, its been happening ever since the upgrade a while back, Chopin seems to be the worst server i've been on, when I was on starka it was fine for me, Chopin seems to be very slow and it overloads with just uploading pictures or clicking a link.

Seems it was for high resource usage. Should be ok now.
Large images? Lots of them at once? Via a script that also thumbnails them? Might be the reason.

And, yes, Chopin is rather slow today.

the images werent large, at most about 1000 x 600 comic sizes, but they don't upload at once, it does it one by one.
