Suspension Appeal

Hello.

I never had a problem with x10hosting before and this is my first time seeing a suspension notice. I'm not certain on why my account was suspended, but I most likely think it was a php script that I uploaded. I did not use a proxy to access CPanel at all. Anyway, I am pretty concerned right now and I would like the suspension lifted.

I wrote an appeal twice. Unfortunately it disappears after I refresh the page. I will write another one.

It looks like you uploaded Glype which is a PHP proxy script, this would have triggered an automated suspension.

If you're unable to file an appeal please post back here so we can look into it.
