Suspension due to inactivity?

I have been using the forums as reference for scripting assistance and still can't get my functions to perform as needed.

I'm in and out of the forums, cPanel, and File manager... yet I have been suspended due to inactivity.

I'm just at a loss for what rule I have broken as I'm on just about everyday working on the functions i'm trying to perform that worked on an old server a friend of mine had setup prior to moving.

The example code is posted as http://jasonferrum.elementfx.com/Headers.txt

and php form is posted http://jasonferrum.elementfx.com/Headers.php

This is designed to grab information sent by an in-game browser from Eve online and display it for quick reference and will be used as a sorting tool at future date.

Assistance on both topics would be appreciated.

Just for clarification, you would need to log in at our forums (http://x10hosting.com/forums/) at least once every 31 days to keep your account active. Logging into the account panel or cPanel does NOT count in this case.

As for the coding, you should ask about that in programming help as it is not strictly a hosting issue.
