I don't think you are able to remove the files since you are suspended but, we are unable to unsuspend you.

If your Account is suspended for a reason that is listed in zero-tolerance policy then your account will not be unsuspended. It will be terminated after 14 days and you will not get your data back.

The list of suspensions that are included in zero-tolerance policy.
◦ Nulled scripts
◦ Warez
◦ Copyright Infringement
◦ Phishing sites
◦ Severe misuse of server resources (Proxies, Rapidleech, TorrentFlux, etc.)
◦ Malware and all other malicious files
◦ Pornographic material, erotic images, and all other adult content
◦ Unsupported language (any language except English, Spanish, & French without a translation)

If you believe you have been wrongly suspended, please create a support ticket to submit an appeal.

Thanks for your response.

After re-reading the ToS, I believe we may have a misunderstanding.
The ToS explicitly states: "Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason."

I was so relieved when I read that statement! Although I did upload the PHProxy script, I never used it. Having never used it means I did not violate the ToS.

If you could kindly unsuspend my account, I would gladly appreciate it.

Once you uploaded the proxy script to our servers means you violated the TOS. Your account can't be unsuspended.

The offender has a point. Your TOS uses the word USED. He didn't used it, he only uploaded it. If you look by the law, the offender is not an offender.

Intent to use. We use preemptive action here.

We have scripts that monitor what files are being uploaded, and can catch ones relating to proxies, nulled scripts, etc.

Why would you upload something if you're not going to use it?

You guys need to read the TOS a titch closer; I've bolded the key part.

1. Server Usage
Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads. x10Hosting reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone. Each individual is allowed ONE account only. x10Hosting does not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers.

* Illegal Material: This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s or videos on your webspace in any way shape or form.
* Adult Material: Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of x10Hosting.
* Warez: Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc... This also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
* Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason.

The part where it says "x10hosting does not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers." That's a bit of a key in this case; the part under Proxies I think is just ramming the point home, but since it's still violating #1 Server Usage due to that nice little line before the bullets, it's still out for the count.
