Suspension Issues

Good Afternoon,

I had a suspension applied to my account as I haven't been able to visit the forums for a long time. I logged on the 10th of September to update my account (last account login september 10 at 5:21 am) and both of my accounts are now shown as active on my loggin page (forum account & free hosting).

This being said, when I try to connect to the webpage stored on my X10Hosting ftp, I have a message saying that my hosting account is still suspended.

Could you let me know asap what the issue is with that account? I need to get my website contact pages back on tracks asap...

My ForumAccount username is oliviercairephotography and my free hosting account is ocphoto.

Is that what you need?

Hi,

Thanks for looking into the issue with my account suspension.

I tried to connect to my page hosted on X10 Hosting (see link below) but I still receive the suspension message.

Check your account now, it should work fine. You may need to update your password.
