Suspension not being removed

I was recently notified that my account has been suspended, and that I must log in to remove the suspension. I logged in, and a message popped up saying that I must wait 1 minute and then refresh the page. I've tried doing that, but my website still shows the suspension page. I've waited 20 minutes, but nothing has changed. I've tried logging out and back in, but that hasn't changed anything. Is there a way to fix this?
