Suspension Problem

HI, i have a problem that is noted as SPND_RUSAGE1 or high cpu usage...
The problem i think is a php page which accidently, Fopen's the same page, resulting with a vicious circle.
Can anyone help me delete the file?

Hello, i have unsuspended the account, try deleting the file now.

delete it through the file manager or FTP
