Botnet scripts? I don't believe I have any "botnet scripts". What is this about, actually? Thank you.

Presense of botnet confirmed; Milworm.php is on your account, as is a tag that indicates you were hacked (it's in xdz/index.php).

Escalating to staff for further review; they may decide to give you a second chance given that you were hacked, however that is -their- decision and not ours.

Hello,

After having reviewed your case, it does appear that your account has been compromised. In this very rare occurrence i am going to allow the removal of the suspension. Although first we have a few things to decide before we unsuspend the account.

Do you have any extremely valuable data on there that needs retrieving? If so, what are the files called? To ensure the account security we must completely destroy everything on the account that is not absolutely needed.

Please let us know if there is anything important needed, if not i will proceed to clean the account and provide you with a follow up message of where we will go from there.

I've sent you a mail because the forum captcha gives a "domain / ckey mismatch" error on Firefox. I've tried with IE now and it works.

Anyway, go ahead and delete everything, I've got copies on my personal computer.

How has this happened?

Edit: The captcha error happens because I have RefControl enabled. Disabling it makes the captchas work again.
