Hello x10hosting staff:

I was just wondering why my account as been suspended for high CPU usage.

suspension Dec 22 You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3

I really value the free hosting resource that x10 offers and was wondering if you guys/girls could help me figure out whats using such a high resource value.

I dont want my account to be permanently suspended/banned.

nope.. i mean.. i can add a shoutbox through ezportal. but i dont have one. i never did.

its SMF 2.0 RC2 with exportal modification.
thats it.
thats why i dont understand why it keeps getting suspended :S

Does a wiki use a lot of resources? if so then thats why.. even though i used to have a wiki.. and i never had this problem before.

I checked the logs entries for your suspension, this is cut out from that:

This is not the whole entry, there's a few other similar too. Does appear as the part of the forum that handles registration has been altered, judging from the fact it says "action=register2", which is causing CPU usage to go high

yea i checked it out...

when a user first registers..

its =register

when they click submit, its forwarded to register2

its not a modification.. its plain SMF.

Anyway i can prevent this from happening again?

I really like x10hosting's free hosting and I don't want my account suspended for this again because it will be the final warning.
