Suspension...

This is really getting annoying now, I keep getting suspended every few days, and i am almost logging into the x10hosting.com control panel and the cPanel almost everyday and yet its still getting me suspended for inactivity!!! wtf?

You have to login into x10hosting forums with in every 31 days. Not to the cpanel or account panel is counted as activity.

You need to login here at the forums to mark you account as being active.

You are required to login to the forum at a minimum once every 31 days, meaning the inactivity script will check if your last login date is less then 31 days ago.

Logging into cPanel or Account Panel does not mark your account as still active in that regard.

Also before unsuspending your account it is always vise to login here first, to ensure the system does not pick it up as inactive again.
