What was your cPanel username and server?

Your Hosting Account with cPanel username "adancb02" is linked with forums username "acasas" and it is suspended due to inactivity.

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username "acasas" and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "Suspensions". Click on Unsuspend Button.
Remember that you must Login Here (on forums) with forums username "acasas" once every month to keep your account active, cPanel and Account Panel logins does not counted.

If you want to link your hosting account with this forums account, then follow these steps

Go to Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with forums username "acasas" and password.
Go to "Account" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "forum account". You will get this message

Your current forum account is acasas. You may swap usernames if your primary forum account is linked to another client account.

Click on "You may swap usernames" link. Enter credentials of this forums account there and then click on "Swap Forum Account link"

Note: Make sure that the email of client account and forums account is same, otherwise you will get an error.
