suspension?!

hi there, this is sankalp and im hosting a website which offers free adobe article tutorials. However i installed a forum and then i was unhappy with something and i decided to uninstall it. Dont know why but my account got suspended. I had only 1 suspensions previously and that also happened while i was uploading a joomla template. Can you please unsuspend it so that i can take my site

however can i try uninstalling the script? 1 more thing...can i upgrade my account as post to host? with the same website? 20 posts is nothing for me per month!

We do not have an post to host option, only upgrades are Prime Membership ($4.95 / year), Illuminated ($60 / 5 years) or switching to Premium Hosting.

Did you install the script through Fantastico or Softaculous? If so they should provide an uninstallation option as well.

If you installed it manually, it is as simple as removing all files regarding that script and then deleting the database.
If you have more then one script in the same database you'll have to go to phpmyadmin and delete the relevant tables in order to keep the other script as functional.

I have installed with fantastico but thats not my point
what i meant to say is that when I click the uninstall script, it loads for a few moment and then my account was suspended when I tried it and thus i made this support ticket.
so should I try clicking on uninstall again? (its an SMF forum) and what if my account gets suspended ?
