I am still waiting to X10Hosting to get back to me about this account. I need to verify the email address so I can change the password as requested and need to speak with someone about it. I am reluctant to post email addresses on a forum.

The forum account you are posting from is NOT associated with that account, further more you are only allowed to have one free account, so it would make it seem you currently have two account, the one you ask about and the one that is associated with your forum account.

I can do very little with the request not coming from the associated forum account. I do not see any attempts to reset the password made for that account however.

I'm seeing that it uses a grvs.org email however.

The grvs.org email does not work because of other X10 restrictions. This is why I need to talk to someone about changing it so I can log in properly.
The account is not for me personally, it's a group I belong to. I am currently the webmaster.
