switch to cpanel?

Nothing is working for me on my new account. The script adding does nothing. Can I have my account switched to cpanel and see if it helps? also I added a parked domain name and it doesn't do anything

Hi,

There appear to be a few problems with certain parts of the x10Hosting Basic control panel. I'll pass this along to our administrators, but in the meantime you can use the standard cPanel x3 theme to manage your site, by clicking the "Switch to cPanel x3" button in the top-right corner.
