Switch to second level php?

I have auestion. Does this mean I have to switch to second level php to make this page open properly? The site is mfhome.x10hosting.com/website_revision_1.0.0.html . I know the question is kind of confusing but I don't know what else to say.

I don't see any php errors there, so switching to intermidate php will probably not help anything... Perhaps you've made some logical errors somewhere?

As for fixing it, no idea.


Edit: Bit more info on that URL mal-formatting thing - apparently the forums are tacking in http://forums.x10hosting.com instead of an "http://" when it's missing, and the forums don't display a 404 when it can't find it - it just loads the base forum.

Yea that is the error that I get. Well some thing kind of like an error.

There is no php in there... The text at the beginning of the document is actually just in there... Also lots of \par in tags where it doesn't belong... Is this some kind of thingie made with some WYSIWYG-editor that makes some crap of your pages?
