Switching from basic to cPanel v3

Hi I'm having the same issue. ecarx10m (ecar.x10.mx) is the user and also my mail() script has suddenly stopped working?

I've forcefully changed your account to use the standard x3 cPanel interface rather than our modified "basic" theme, as I've been doing with the other posts.

I am also experiencing the same thing I was on Cpanel x3, and just logged in today and now my account is set to basic, and when I switched it gave me a white page with the number 1, did not switch me back to Cpanel X3

I am also experiencing the same thing. I was on Cpanel x3, and logged in today, and was routed to basic. when I click to switch to cpanel, I also just get a webpage with a 1 in the corner. Can my account default be set to cpanel x3? scismith.x10host.com

Unfortunately, I am experiencing the same problem/issue when attempting to switch to cPanel, but this time, it's on the absolut server. Is it possible to switch my account to cPanel at all? My domain is tct.pcriot.com.
