After switching the main account sub-sudomain SD from exofire.net to x10hosting.com, I've expected what follows.

  • Since you make this support ticket public, I am substituting SD for my actual sub-domain name to protect my privacy.
http://SD.x10hosting.com/ resulting in the sub-domain redirection to that Website address, and
http://SD.exofire.net/ resulting in the indication of an available sub-domain.

Instead,

http://SD.x10hosting.com/ is still available and
http://SD.exofire.net/ is redirected to http://SD.exofire.net/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi.

I am user jandu.

Please comment as soon as possible. I appreciate your efforts in advance.

all changes to dns, such as changing a domain, can take a while to fully propagate (in worst case scenario it can take as long as 48-72 hours).

When I check your account, it says your main domain is sd.x10hosting.com which works just fine for me.

IF you want to make it go faster, clear your DNS cache and refresh your browse cache.
