Switching to CPanel X not working

I haven't used x10Hosting for the better part of 2 years, and I seriously don't like x10's Basic panel at all. I'm trying to switch to CPanel, but when I click the button, it just returns "1". What do I do?

im having the same problem on LEVEL

When the Admins get to this thread - will forcefully (by hand) changed your account to use cPanel - unless the switching issue is fixed by then

@xportalx @titani34 I've forcefully changed your theme from the backend, as I don't have any ETA on when the self-switcher will be fixed.

I'm seeing your account on XO1, which is Absolut, not Level. Am I looking at the correct account?
