I'm unable to upgrade to Prime because the payment system's address checking is broken. I've been trying to use this page without success: https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/upgrade/prime

The border of the Street field in the Billing Address keeps turning red even though the address is correct. Maybe it automatically rejects PO boxes or something, but that's the correct address regardless of what the address-checking script on that page thinks. When I get the option to appear to skip address verification and try to continue, the City field suddenly gets replaced by the name of the wrong city/town for the ZIP code. If I try to continue on with wrong information in the City field, the Street field's border turns red again and it's impossible for me to get any further.

Is there an alternate way to upgrade to Prime? I received a "final warning" about not logging in due to inactivity, but I've been very happy with x10 and don't want to lose the service, so Prime seemed like the best way to keep my account active.

Thanks ahead for your help.

I have alerted an admin that have more access to that part of the system to this thread, he should be able to help you get past the problems with the upgrade.

I'm just wondering if there is an update on this. I checked again and the upgrade system is still rejecting the correct address before it ever gets submitted for payment processing. Thank you.

Hello again. I just tried several more times to use the upgrade system and it is still broken. It still rejects the correct street address and forces the wrong city/town name to appear as well. If you know if there are any plans to fix this, could you please let me know? Thank you.

Hello, can you please send me a private message with the address you're submitting on the order? I'm unable to reproduce the problem with the upgrade form. It should accept a PO box without any issue.
