Hey,

My hosting service is now appearing as terminated, is it still possible to recover it without creating a new service?

Thank you very much for your help!

I appear to be having the same problem, and have the same question.

If you like I can open a new thread.

"Really guys"? SMH

Ok: Here's the error I receive when attempting to reach Hosting Control Panel:

I've had my site on x10 for 13 years, I'm not a newbie, and I don't want to lose access to my content.
With all due respect, a little more "Fix the problem" would put me at ease.

Aside: If it helps anyone else experiencing similar problems, changing my DNS Resolver from Cloudflare to Quad9 allowed me to view my website on the internet (along a bunch of others).

I changed my password, logged out, waited a few minutes, cleared browser cache, and used https://x10hosting.com/panel as directed:

So, tried https://x13.x10hosting:2222/evo/ with my Username (not email) and my new password:

SUCCESS!

Really guys.

So that is the fix for a terminated account? Read the OPs request. 13 years?? A terminated account has nothing to do with your issue. Hopefully DNS servers will keep resolving and you won't have to change them again.
