So that is the fix for a terminated account? Read the OPs request. 13 years?? A terminated account has nothing to do with your issue. Hopefully DNS servers will keep resolving and you won't have to change them again.
Thanks, but I *DID* read the OP's request, so I'll re-iterate with a preface:
I did not know if my account was terminated, blocked, hacked, hijacked, etc., only that I could not longer access years of work. To date both my ISP and Web Host have not been much help so I've had to become my own IT support (and, rely on another forum poster,
see this thread), requiring substantial time to figure out a problem with a service advertised as "...really this easy, no technical know-how required" and claiming "...hosting should be accessible to all".
The relevance to my issue may have been obvious at your end of the Universe, but not at the client's end: So far it's been neither easy or accessible.
I understand a Free Account shouldn't expect fast, reliable, correct, or even any Customer Support, and appreciate both the hosting service and that you guys have been busy lately (eg: no one's been able to reach Forum Support over the last few days). However, it also shouldn't act as an impediment.
If it's any consolation, my ISP hasn't been any help at all from whatever foreign country their Customer Service is located in, despite multiple attempts (and, I PAY THEM for Customer Support): At least you've provided some entertaining snark ;-)
I'll get off the soapbox now, there's a couple more Support Tickets I need to file :-(
