wow, this time I don't actually have anything in my ctrl+v!
maybe because I haven't done any programming since the computer was turned on

Well it certainly is a resyncing issue. I wouldn't know how to fix your issue as your margins look pretty nice considering your distance, and ADSL2+ is helping you. Do these disconnects happen at a particular time frame in a random secquence or are they just fully random?

However, since you do play games, you could benefit from FastPath. It'll cut your latency down to reduce some lag you might be seeing. Otherwise, visit the Verizon Direct forum at this site and let them know about your random disconnects, but also show them your line stats. Also, whenver you'd like (preferably when the problem is fixed), ask for FastPath.
