I tried installing drupal, but keeps giving me the error:

Have you created the database + user + privileges prior to install Drupal? In case you haven’t, please do so by going to cPanel > MySQL Database Wizard

Also, consider that the free servers are undergoing optimizations and that can affect the installation http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/132553-mysql-server-optimization.html


Just try again and see what happens.
