Your site looks fine to me. I don't see that error. If you are still seeing that error try clearing your cache and then refresh your page.

Thanks, ichwar, for your quick answer.

the error message is the same (in other computer, clear cache).

The problem is "Error:
Failed to connect to (10.1.17.30):
Connection refused: connect"

I suppose this (private) direction (10.X.X.X) is the internal conection
between zodiac.x10hosting.com and the user frontpage of R1Soft. Then is not cache problem.

Have you a lotus (ad-free) account? can you test yourself?

Yep, I've got ad-free lotus...

Ok, I tried it and I see what you mean. I'm getting the same thing. I'd suggest you submit a support ticket as this seems to be an internal thing.
Edit:
Oops, I missed the fact that you already created a support ticket. :|

So you just need to wait a while for ticket to reach the front of the line. :)

I tried logging in and I'm getting the same error.

For everyone not sure of where the error is appearing, I have included a screenshot.

If this problem doesn't solve itself soon, this thread should be elevated so staff members become aware of the issue.
