The wait timeout in my sql

can you increase this setting to 5 minutes, VBulletin support tells me thats why i cant get my software to complete the install.

That would be a server side setting, and there's no way we're gonna bump it up to 5 minutes as that would likely cause some issues with the number of users on free hosting.
While we strive to make free hosting a good choice for everyone, we can unfortunately not make it suitable for all application, some are better run on a premium hosting with more resources available per account, due to the needs of the application.
