The website is not loading and cant edit

Today I was trying to edit the website, it was showing the following please help and advice. The website itself is also no loading .

What browser are you using? On Chrome, pressing 'F12' will show the console which should show the actual error code.

thats the url, nothing is showing up there, and when i am trying to publish on the site-builder above error is showing up. HELP !!
