Hi,
since a few hours our website is not loading properly... it takes a lot of time and after a while only partial information is shown.
We have made some changes yesterday, but when we finished everything was working correctly.. I cannot believe this is for our changes.
I checked a few minutes ago your main page x10hosting.com and it was giving the same kind of errors, with only the text being rendered.. could you please tell us what is going on? thanks

Looks like no CSS nor images are being loaded. Could be the fact that the CSS and the images are using the document root (not full URL) meaning it could be under a different domain name.
After a quick check, it seems that isn't the case for most of it (favicon is excluded). Very interesting.

Server name?

I don't understand why the whole x10hosting website is doing this and no one is complaining. I am located in Europe.. where are you guys from?
It's not even an issue of our network because we connected to a remote server in another country and we are getting the exact same issue, with our website and with x10hosting.com

domain [ x10hosting.com ] is not on x10hosting's free-hosting server [ xo4 ] - so you have issue with two (2) servers
if others had issues with two or more x10hosting's servers - you would see - more than a few threads or posts - in this forum about them

Try (again) clearing your browser's cache and history - close browser - reopen browser - then check the sites again -:- Maybe you are seeing a stale (cached) pages

I just tried with mine on both chrome and IE, cleared the cache and no results... for a colleague of mine in the same network is working correctly, but not our website..

The Remote Server we are using is in another country and we did the same but experiencing the same issue, so cannot be the browser neither the machine... HELP!!

There is no issue with x10hosting.com.

The issue with your website is that all of the assets are 404-ing when being loaded. This leads me to believe you have misconfigured Joomla in some way.

Then it must be the damn INCAPSULA solution that is supposed to protect the website.... Do you think if I delete the module from the CPanel could help? Still I don't get why I cannot visualize x10hosting as well... I am puzzled

It could be the DMC firewall... I will try to delete the module from CPanel..

Just to put it out there, my paid site (not from here) is using Cloudflare but is having no connection issues of any kind.
The result is the same for my personal site (from here).

So from the looks of it, it may not be an issue with Cloudflare.

it seems the .htaccess was changed when no one of us was accessing the website... I replaced it with the previous version and now nothing will load at all..

OK, it was definitively the damn DMC Firewall.... a hint to anybody with a Joomla website: DON'T INSTALL IT. I will make sure to report it to the Joomla Community to be banned.
You guys were talking about CloudFare.. woulc you please explain me how it works?

A quick Google search to its website should give you some info. For some reason, it fails at times (doesn't seem to do it much) but I never got issues from it what so ever, though the only issue is the JavaScript caching which can result with a cache miss at times (it does it sometimes depending on the content). There are multiple options that can be used to avoid that issue though. Shouldn't be a problem for forums.
