there has to be files in public_html for a site to show up, mainly there has to be some file named "index" .php, ,html, .asp, etc. If there is a sub folder inside of public_html, then you need to go to http://www.snipersinstinct.exofire.net/FOLDER_NAME to get there

You can reach a page not named "index" by typing in the name, like http://www.snipersinstinct.exofire.net/FILE_NAME.html but it will not show up automatically with just typing http://www.snipersinstinct.exofire.net/ If you want to change this, you can do so using CPanel or .htaccess files.

could be. it may have installed it to either a directory above public_html (not possible to view on the internet in a normal way) or in a sub folder (you have to add the sub folder to the URL if you want to see the page).

I'm not too familiar with softalicious yet, and I will double check this information, but see if it offers an uninstall tool. Then re-install it.

[EDIT]

I installed it leaving every field blank or at least as is, and it worked fine for me.
[EDIT]

You can uninstall from within softalicious using the remover tool

[EDIT]
Looks like you're doing PHP-Nuke instead :p That should work.

hmm maybe ill just uninstall and manually install php nuke and everything all myself

You should be able to do it, it's a very friendly installer. Just make sure the old files are gone, and create a user and database using the "MySQL database wizard" from CPanel.

Let me know if you have any further problems.

it could be something with the theme that is the problem, the theme you have found might be for another version of php nuke then the one available in softaculous.

PHP-Nuke or PHPBB?

I don't see a folder named "sources" but there could be a "source directory" named something else.

Also, PHP Nuke's forum might be more helpful for this issue
