For the first image, you are not the only one experience it since almost all popular ISP from any country gets a block due to much abusive activities detected by x10hosting. There's a lot of thread regardings this problem you can use the search option and with keyword, "cpanel" will do.

For the second image, x10hosting assume you are using multiple accounts or someone registered on your IP address for another account or any other reason, this is only my opinion.

Just to add to cjptomas80 's reply,
you should follow the instructions on the messages & E-mail them.
you might get a faster support reply that way then in the forums.
just saying.

Sadly, no reply from them! What should we do? If we can't login w/n 30 days, our accounts might get deleted right?

Its very rare (if at all) that a free user would get a reply right away.
you might get a reply from emailing or posting in the forums,
but at same time you might not get a reply at all.
but all would agree that its still bad for business.

So emailing them & posting in the forum might be helpful,
but also look out for anyone with staff under their name,
then try to message them about it.
dont just do 1 option & hope they get back to you.
but also, dont spam them with your requests either.

but to answer your question,
yes they give you 30 days to log in before your account is suspended,
they also give you 21 days after suspension before account deletion.
(thats why its important to back up your files before anything happens)

but even if accounts get suspended you can always make a new one
afterwards, (provided your ip is not blocked)

Try to login in to other internet service providers. Like using your mobile internet data to connect for instance.
