There seems to be a pattern emerging in mail problems that started recently

I'm one of them. I've noticed a lot of other threads with no answers, or answers that don't actually answer...if that makes sense LOL

Any chance of this being looked into in terms of the big picture? I doubt it's just coincidence that loads of websites had mail notification systems working fine, and now a number of us have them not working. It must be bigger than individual site errors.

I for one haven't touched anything to do with the mail system, and yet it's suddenly stopped working since the free servers went down.

My site is basically completely reliant on the mailing system, it's one of the main functions of the site, to send out mail notifications to the users....so with it not working now, it's basically crippling the use of my site.

We are actively looking into mailing issues and are well aware of what's going on in this situation. I can assure you the issue will be resolved as soon as there is a solid fix for it.
