It would say the reason in your account portal as well, you were suspended for inactivity, meaning it was at least 30 days since you last logged into the portal.
I have unsuspended you, but for future reference you can unsuspend yourself from the portal in these cases.
To avoid getting suspended for inactivity in the future you need to login to the portal at least once every 30 days.

Oh, ok. The portal? you mean log into the cpanel? Because I always log in via FTP manager or the main SMF site. Please explain the portal and thank you for helping get unsuspended I was sad yesterday but today I am happy again

My intention is not to make another thread when the issue is common. I can't see any other way to get this message out:
It looks like my account was disabled for inactivity. It says I am good to create a new account and I would like to create a new account for my new project, but when I try to sign up I get the following error:
"Unfortunately we're unable to accept your sign up at this time. The reason is included below.
Reason
We are not able to accept your sign up at this time.
Please try again at another time."
Please help. I understand that I did not log in in 30 days, I will do so in the future.
