I've been trying to insert my vbulletin backup and I get this error

You should try to put your server at "localhost" and try to connect. If this fails put the maximum possible data. Greetings

Your issue is that it's not a legit backup. That's just a webpage saying that there's been a database error...

In the configuration file of your CMS (wordpress I presume) should change this value "server name: localhost". Worspress not know much, so I can not tell you where that file is located in configuration

edit config.php file... it must be in public_html/includes/config.php

change host to localhost...

Screw it I'll just wait for my database backup however long that might take. It's already localhost- it's always been localhost since I installed my vb.

Yes there's the answer! after I made the backup I got some error message and I new it wasnt a legit backup and I've been making threads begging for a backup ever since.
