X10, you are going to be loosing customers, and you have almost lost me, too.

If you don't explain the situation, and just hinder it by not answering any questions, people are going to lose hope. My forums have been down for a while now, and it's causing issues with my community. We'd be SO grateful if you could tell us what's going on, please. We're your customers, some of us have payed for this.

Unfortunately the Forum Admins and Mods can never answer these questions as the:
'left hand does not know what the right is doing'!

On this page ==> http://status.x10hosting.com/

see ==> [ UPDATE (September 2nd): ] -- and the link there

UPDATE (September 2nd):
Everything has now been successfully migrated. Thank you for your patience during this matter. Please read this news topic for further information.

They say everything is fixed, but it's not. People are still having issues, yet they won't deal with it. I've been waiting for my website to start working, but it's still NOT working.

Hello your site should now be working properly, if there's still any issues let us know.

You might need to flush your dns cache and/or your browser cache before you can see the site properly though.

So, why can no one else see it? All of my members are saying that they're getting 404 errors and etc,.

I've flushed my DNS, too.

DNS propagation, which is what is done when an IP changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, in extreme cases up to 48 hours. This is nothing we can speed up as it is largely dependent on your (and your users) ISP.

So I'm just going to have to wait?

If you had an A record then that has changed.
If you were using the nameservers, that has not.
Is this a New AddOn or Parked Domain or the existing account with domains prior to the server mess up?

As said the nameservers are the same so you site should be up if the latter 'the existing account with domains'.

Yes. Unfortunately nothing else to do.

With the server move, the 'A' records on ALL domains hosted in our free hosting was indeed updated, by us though, so user that have our domains or user our nameservers for their own domains do not need to change it manually.
