This Support is rubbish! PLEASE HELP ME!

My emails from the site are not sending. I believe this is because of mass emails however I know why the spam emails came out. I had PHPBB forums installed but then one day I saw thousands of members and a spam bot on the site. I have closed the forum till I hear from PHPBB so please can these emails be sorted out?

PLEASE HELP ME! I am desperate to get emails sending again. It isn't my fault if the PHPBB forums messed up - I had captchas on it so I don't know how spam bots got onto it.

Support is done by volunteers on free time, if you need premium support, you need to go to premium service.

If you know that your forum sent out a lot of spam emails, it is quite possible that your account was blocked from sending mails due to exceeding the hourly quota, I'll look into that in a little bit.

As for phpBB being at fault, I highly doubt that. I have a phpbb forum myself, and with properly configured antispam measures there will be no spam signups causing a lot of spam emails to go out. Using a good question and answer will stop spam, and with good I mean something that isn't possible to find the answer on by googling.

Thanks for your reply, I think the emails have been blocked for that reason, I can assure you that if you re-enable them I will be more careful with email security.

Your account has been removed from graylisting on mailserver, you should see emails going through now, unless the specified email itself is deemed spam due to content.
